From the greeter at the entrance through discharge, service at Roper Express is top notch. The check in process is well organized, on par with Chick Fil-A. The nursing staff is both friendly while being professional as well as efficient. I visited Roper Express after learning that I was exposed to Covid 19. Subsequently, I tested positive for Covid 19. I was treated by Dr. Jennifer Nelson who determined me to be an at risk patient due to my age and having COPD. She developed a treament plan which involved various medications, referral for monoclonal antibody infusion and placed me in quarantine. She spent sufficient time explaining my treatment plan ensuring I had a complete understanding of same. Within a few days my cough started to disapear and I felt more energetic. Saying that I am happy with my treatment at Roper Express would be a gross understatement.
