I have officially received the worst customer service experience of my life with USPS. They not only lost my $600 package, but then refuse my claim afterwards. I spent a month going in circles calling around since Nov 2014 to figure out why my package says it is delivered but never arrived at my home. No one ever calls me back. 1.5 months of waiting around and I had to figure out on my own how to file an insurance claim. Then, I wait around for nearly another month for a response on the claim, with no communication yet again and only to go online myself and find out that the claim was denied. When you go purchase a product from a store, if the product doesn't get into your hands because the employee stole it or gave it to the wrong customer, you are not forced to lose your money, you are REFUNDED. This is shockingly infuriating. I will never do business with USPS ever again. I am switching all of my mail services to any other carrier that isn't USPS. I am not the only person this happens to, this happens to tons of people. Just in my circle alone I have half a dozen other people complaining about USPS customer service and lost packages. No one does anything about it, but I will not stand for it.

I have been purposefully avoiding paying bills on line in order to give business to the Postal Sevice. I have long thought that they were a valuable service and very good. But recently I ordered a part that never made it to my house. The tracking number for this part was: nine septillion, one-hundred-two sextillion, fifty-three quintillion, seven-hundred-four quadrillion, three-hundred-thirty-four billion, fifteen million, five-hundred-ninety-four thousand, nine-hundred-seventy-seven. Not only do I think this number is rediculous, but if I divide it by the total number of people on the earth I realize that I might be missing many packages. Sincerely Blaise Jelinek. P.S. I really, really need the replacement belt for my vacuum.
