Worst customer service staff does not really notice or care about patients comming in I was sitting for two and a half hours and watched people that just came in go in front of of me and simply asked the nurse and she said you will have to wait until it's your turn after I watched people that should have been after me this facility needs to get it together

The PTs are great, especially Bill, who is a model of health and fitness, but won't let you slack. They explain every muscle you are using or are needing to repair. They are well informed and set you up so that you can continue to improve on your own.
