I have been a customer of Aspen Studio for the past 22 years. From babies, to senior graduations, family pictures, and currently my daughter's wedding, I simply cannot say enough on the outstanding service and photo quality and presentation I have received. It has been an enjoyable experience each and every time; always fresh new ideas, outstanding artwork, have never felt rushed - they go the extra mile every time. Before discovering Aspen I had tried two other big names in photography in LaPorte and was very disappointed. Aspen has the best prices too!! I would recommend them to anyone!

I was very disappointed at the service I received!! They do not clearly outline what their prices and charges. I feel like they took advantage of me and my family. The staff was not very friendly or professional!! The quality of the pictures was alright, but not great. They need to update their business for the 21st century!! They are definitely lacking in the technology department. I would not recommend this company!! Infact, I have considered reporting them to the BBB.

Their customer service is horrible. I would not recommend this studio. I hired them to take a family photo and I was not at all happy with their service. The photographer was not friendly. In fact, he was done right rude. The quality of the photo's could have been better!
