WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! We ordered racks from here and paid CASH up front. We were told we would have our racks within 2-3 weeks. 5 Weeks went by and nothing. No one ever answers the phone or even calls you back. The daughter to the owner is the biggest b***h ever! She is extremely rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Finally they decided to pay us back, but with a check. It bounced, no surprise. We were charged with a $25 bank fee, and they would not pay the fee. I would recommend NO ONE doing business with this company! Go buy your racks elsewhere!!
