As part of the restored remnant of Israel through the Messiah Yeshua, and in fulfillment of Gods eternal, prophetic, providential plan at this appointed time, Tree of Lifes purposes are: Tree of Life Purpose In evangelism: to effectively and lovingly proclaim the fullness, and Jewishness, of the Good News of the Messiah Yeshua, first to Jewish people, but also to the nations (non-Jewish people), and to inspire and train the non-Jewish part of Messiahs Body to effectively proclaim Yeshuas message to Jewish people (Romans 1:16-17, 1 Cor. 9:20, Mark 16:13); Tree of Life Purpose In fellowship: to graft Jews and non-Jews into the Jewish root of the cultivated Olive Tree, with the bond of love, through godly fellowship, in order to build us into a kehillah (congregation) which demonstrates the One New Man in Messiah with a distinctly Messianic Jewish lifestyle and identity, and to work toward the transformation of our community through connecting in fellowship with our local Body of Messiah (Romans 11:16-24, Eph. 2:15, Yochanan 17:21-22) and our local Jewish community; Tree of Life Purpose In discipleship: to bring healing, deliverance, wholeness, the Fruit of the Spirit, spiritual maturity, a knowledge of the Jewish roots of our faith and of Messianic Jewish identity and lifestyle to Gods people, including our next generation, and to equip them for service in the kehillah and the worldwide Messianic Jewish Movement, and for Aliyah, through solid, Spirit-led Biblical teaching, the exercise of the Gifts of the Spirit, counseling, and Biblical mentoring (Eph. 4:12-13); Tree of Life Purpose In worship: to connect with the God of Israel, through His Messiah, Yeshua, and to glorify Him and minister to Him through worship in Spirit and Truth, as led by His Ruach (Spirit), and especially in His Biblically appointed ways and at His Biblically appointed times, in the context of our Messianic Jewish identity (Yochanan 4:23-24, Lev. 23:2); Tree of Life Purpose In prayer and spiritual warfare: to be led by Ruach HaKodesh (Spirit of God) in spiritual warfare against the powers of darkness and in effective prayer, for each other, our community, the lost, and our Jewish people in Israel and worldwide as well as taking a stand for Biblical righteousness on moral issues and taking a stand against apostasy (2 Thess. 2:7, Yaacov 1:27, Eph. 6:12); Tree of Life Purpose In service: to demonstrate the life of Yeshua in us and the reality of the love of God and to glorify Him through serving one another, our local community, the Body of Messiah and the Jewish community in Israel and worldwide (Galatians 5:13, Mattityahu 5:16); Tree of Life Purpose In restoring the Body to its Jewish Roots: to be a bridge between the two covenantal peoples, physical Israel and spiritual Israel by inspiring the non-Jewish part of Messiahs Body to reconnect with its Jewish roots through Biblical teaching and worshipful demonstrations, and to work toward greater understanding and reconciliation between Messiahs Body and Traditional Judaism (Romans 11:16-24).
