i went in to get my nails done when i arrive the receptionist informed me that instead of my appointment being at 4pm she ment 530pm. whil i was thinking i should wait or not i was talking to a stylist named vikki whom ive now previously.at that point i go talked into not only getting a hair cut but also partial highlights.not only was i there until 730pm but they had me pay before the service was completed.i went home afterwords and blow dried my owen hair noticing not only was my hair over-processed and breaking but that i was missing highlights in alot of places.i called and asked for a refund and explain the situation and i was told no because it was a discounted service.the owner at that point said that my hair had "product build-up",which the only thing she had asked m while i was there was if i had had highlights before.the next day i went to my regular stylist to fix it which now it looks great.
