BEWARE! This doctor is impeccable at the song and dance that he represents kids. He has only one goal to get paid and make the ones happy that pay him...the school districts!! He has zero intention to pay attention to the facts of any case especially if it supports the child. If you are looking to get an unbiased, truthful IEE for you child...Run from this man and his team!

Zero stars. Rienzi Haytasingh was paid $3,500 by the Lake Elsinore Unified School District to complete an IEE. The contract said the IEE included "assessment, report writing, mileage and IEP attendance." After he received $3,500 from the school district, he vanished. His wife sent an e-mail today informing us that "attend" didn't mean coming to a meeting, and that the contract was fulfilled. Shame on Rienzi Haytasingh and his wife for taking $3,500 of taxpayer money, which was intended to benefit kids with disabilities and our public schools. I wish I had not been impressed by his website. Rienzi and his "Brain Learning Psychological Corporation" has expanded to OC, Sacramento, and San Francisco. Be advised, those new locations are "virtual offices."
