This has been a horrible bank for us. when my dad died the " accidently" froze all the accounts associated with him so mom had no money for at least a week. We checked with them after dad's death to take care of trust and make , almost 6 months ago, but now they refuse to DEPOSIT checks made out to the trust because they are to mom AND dad. the other bank where we are moving her accounts deposit checks fine that are made out to both of them even with an AND.
Absolutely ridiculous. Causing much frustration and pain for mom.
