Received shipment quickly, White Glove Service was great. One Seat was damaged during shipment, contacted customer support. John Jasso provided excellent service. Remedied the problem and sent out the replacement parts ASAP. Fantastic Service.

Oh, my gosh. These people are OVER THE TOP in quality of product and customer service. I researched couches, home theater seating and companies for over a month. Everything pointed to 4seating.com. The unit I purchased was a great value, excellent quality and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!

Had an issue with a motor on my seats and Richard Valdez was more than helpful and solved my problem. I would definitely buy from 4seating again. Customer service was perfect and I wish more companies were as easy to deal with thanks

Ordered a very nice leather sofa with all the bells and whistles on March 8th, shipping time was 6 weeks but I figured worth the wait. I called to confirm shipping on the estimated ship date, 4/19 and was told the ship date had been changed to JUNE 11th, WHAT?!! They couldn't answer why and had never bothered to update me on the delay. Even though their website said ship time on the sofa was 6 to 7 weeks that was just not true, it's going to be 13 weeks.
Update.
4seating contacted me about this review and offered a credit if I would change it to a positive, I emailed them back to clarify credit/partial refund, that was 3 days ago and I have not received a reply. I know 4seating has many good reviews but that just hasn't been my experience, it brings to question if they're offering incentives for all the positive reviews.
BUYER BEWARE - they are also affiliated with Theatreseat and Stargate Cinema...same parent company and service.

I bought my Seatcraft Sierra Cream Leather theater seats from 4seating.com and I can't be any happier. The price was good and the seats are fantastic. I did have an issue with one of the backrest but contacting support, Richard Valdez quickly addressed the issue and replacement was shipped out to me the following week. Highly recommended 4seating.com.

The seatcraft seats are very comfortable and great for my home theater!! They are better than they look on the website.
Once the seat were delivered I called up support and John was prompt to respond! He walked me through the set up and what I thought was a problem was in face my lack of knowledge in operating the seats!! Great site and awesome customer service experience.

Incredible selection and I love my new home theater seats. I ordered the Venetian 7000 by Seatcraft. It has 4 seats with a love seat in the middle, black genuine leather, lights on bottom and in cupholders, armrest storage compartments, power reclining, USB charging ports and super comfortable. They have the best prices compared to many other companies out there and a massive selection. 4Seating also offers home theater wall decors, carpets, ceiling stars, and sooo much more. I love this company and the best part about it is the Manager Lynn. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, comfortable to talk to, and lets just say that she will not rest till every customer is extremely satisfied. This company along with the employees are lucky to have someone like her as a big part of their team. I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for the BEST home theater seats (even commercial theater) or anything theater related.

I placed my order in early December and still haven't received my product nor has it shipped yet. I have called several times only to get the same answer that it is on its way and it's in the container. When I ordered the seats it said it will ship in 2 to 3 weeks, it's been 7 weeks and counting. If you try to cancel your order after 48 hours here is the cancellation disclaimer.

Cancellations: Unshipped orders can be cancelled within a 48-hour grace period starting immediately after the order is placed at a 7% processing fee of the order's total. Orders that have been shipped or have exceeded the 48-hour grace period are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Made-to-order items that are not part of our ready-to-ship program (including, but not limited to, these brands: Your Choice, Majestic, Palliser, Lane, Southern Motion, SoundRight, and Elite as well as, but not limited to, sconces, carpets, lighting, signage, and posters) are subject to a 50% cancellation fee after the 48-hour grace period.

Which leads you to actually cancel your order whether u know they will ship or are in stock. I'm truly disappointed but what do I do now risk losing a $1000.00 because I have cancelled order, hell no. So now I have to take the product and suffer from the wait, never again will I ever order anything from them via online due to availability being misleading on the site or at all. Disappointed consumer.
