Laura is a wonderful, kind, empathetic therapist&gives so much heart/time to her clients.Her office is calming&in a great location w/ample parking.She’s very supportive&helps u find meaningful/personal ways to improve your mental health,situation,&relationships w/self & others that align w/your values/current situation.She’s incredibly supportive&always there to help u navigate thru the rocky bumps while still encouraging/teaching u to become more independent.She’s sincere, has a great sense of humor&always finds a way to relate to u that makes u know she really cares&that u can trust her.Laura, from the bottom of my heart thank u for all the kind,supportive,encouraging wisdom&strength u provided me.U helped me learn how to advocate for myself,gave me a voice&always showed me the light @ the end of the tunnel that allowed me to keep pushing thru & not be so hard on myself.U taught me to love myself again,how to honestly look @ my part so I can take action to overcome my limitations&move towards my potential. You taught me how to accept things as there are,that people won’t always understand u, agree w/u, see your perspective or even care but that doesn’t take away from the beautiful person you are, the efforts u make, &your good-well-intentioned loving ways.Some people just aren’t in a place @ that time, based on past/current situations, own struggles/circumstances, to see clearly, trust, forgive, or see& accept the truth & that’s ok, u can still love them where they’re @, be grateful for them, forgive them, & accept that they’re @ a different part of their journey-others not seeing the truth/accepting u doesn’t take away from who u really are, it’s simply 1 persons perspective-your perspective & love towards yourself is what really matters.Your self-worth isn’t dependent on others, we are all as worthy as we were the day we were born & nothing can take that away from us.
