Nice tires at a fare price but, they neglected to balance my 4 new tires. The steering wheel wobbled as I drove. While getting an oil change I asked the mechanic to check it out. NONE of the tires had been balanced. 35 bucks! At RS tire they told me that sometimes the wights fall off. ALL OF THEM???? IDIOTS!

I have used the services of Rock Spring Tires 3 or 4 times, for different things, over the last couple of years and have always gotten really good service. I do however want to say that the guys need to smile a little more. For service on my tires, I'd rate them 5 star - for overall customer service I'll have to give a 4 star rating.
