My first thought when I walked into a hand-crafted mattress shop was that it would be too expensive. Wrong! The reality is that all the big names practice price-fixing, and you'll save hundreds of dollars here over a comparable mattress from the national brands. The people at Quality Sleep Shop give excellent service, and delivery was prompt, convenient, and free. For a fair price, I now have a mattress that I absolutely love, and it has even solved all my morning aches and pains! The real kicker is that if I hadn't liked something about the mattress, they would have taken it back and fixed it to my specifications. Forget the national brands! Shop here!

I chose this shop because I had been burned by one of the big name mattress stores and thought I'd get fairer treatment at this little place. And I liked the idea of my mattress being made to my specifications and satisfaction. When I went in, I was greated promptly and without pressure or double talk. I asked my questions, got honest and uncomlicated answers. I found all I had hoped for-a fair price on a comfortable, well-made mattress. Delivery was prompt and at my convenience. I am now returning to purchase a new mattress for my futon.
