I purchased a what t thought was a leather living room furniture the leather started peeling off had insurance they was supposed to been here on 11/10/2016 to fix it. I haven't seen or heard from them yet. I think their furniture is priced to high and the quality is terrible.i wouldn't even give them one star but you have to in order to submit it.

Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible delivery methods. I purchased a couch there in August and scheduled my delivery for a week later. The delivery guy never came and I had asked off work to sit home for 4 hours to wait for him. I called to reschedule and was told I not had to wait two weeks for my delivery. I rescheduled my delivery for the next available, which was in late September. I asked off work again only to sit at my house for another four hours and to get stood up a second time. I called the customer service line and was on hold for 45 min. I was frustrated with waiting, so I hung up and called the store to see where my couch was. The store associate was very rude and told me i would have to reschedule for a third time or cancel my order. When I told her that was ridiculous and I can't take off work again, she put me on hold (in the middle of my sentence) and then hung up on me. I never received a call back (and they have my number on file). Now i have a $3000 couch that I can't get to my house or someone on the phone to refund my money. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

Recently visited the Kids Rooms 2 Go in search of a bunk bed for my girls. The sales people were SO friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The lady that helped us was not pushy at all!! She was within distance when we had questions & answered them all!! She even went above and beyond when my 3 year old became over excited with the idea of having a ladder to climb any time she wanted and ended up hurting herself! Shelia heard her cries and us trying & failing to comfort her. She quickly ran to a display, grabbing several cuddly stuffed animals to soothe my daughters cries, as well as handing the others to my oldest & my niece so they would not feel left out!! OUTSTANDING!! Worth the little extra money to buy from a place that is so focused on customer satisfaction!!! Forever repeat buyer!
