Provided by YP.comI have always had good service and great manicures and pedicures at this location. I'm a regular, satisfied customer.

Provided by YP.comDon't waste your time or money. My first visit was for a fill-in for my nails and for the wax, ripped too much of my brow hair off!. Two days later part of the gel applied chipped off of my nail. (That was fixed for free). Three days after application, again. I returned to the shop and was told the person who does nails was not there and to return the next day. I explained I could not return until 3 days later (on a Monday) and it was agreed I return then.Upon arrival (on Monday afternoon) I was told to come back after 5 pm. I returned that evening and the nail lady was busy. I waited approximately 28 minutes and then was called over to where she was with a pedicure customer. I was told it was not repairable and she could re-do her work but I would have to pay for the repair! Needless to say, after much discussion, I declined her "kind offer". With regard to payment type, I was told the credit card machine was "broken". I also find it interesting that signs are posted throughout the "spa" that cash payment is preferred. Again, I will never recommend this establishment. (I wanted to give this establishment no stars but in order to post this I had to give it at least one star).

Provided by YP.comDo not buy a gift certificate from this business, they do not honor the law which is two years in Tn before expiration. I have been a good loyal customer who spends at the least 50.00 per visit more often over 100.00. I bought certificate for family and friends from them in addition to recommending them. They not only would not honor a certificate less than 1 yr old but got rude, suddenly decided they couldn t speak English. On top of that they told me they had sold the business at first and I would need to speak to the new owner. When I asked the old owners husband for the new owner s name and number he told me it wasn t the new owners problem it was the previous owner s problem and they had sold the company. When I pointed out that the old owner was his wife and himself he shoved the certificate at me, laughed in my face and said we don t have to follow your laws. So there you have it....its ridiculous to refuse to honor a gift certificate for a service. Ridiculous. I will not go back, I will post everywhere about this and I have contacted the state of TN.

Provided by YP.comparisanne nails on tazewell pike is a joke, they just opened one up in the food city north shopping center. My nails keep popping off a day later. One was crooked & they tried to say it was my finger. They don't sanitize their tools just throw them in a bowl of water. There is a film around the pedicure bowl. They would sit there & talk about me amoungst themselves. Do yourself a favor & find an american.
