Everything we asked for was completed in a satisfactory manner that meeted our expectations. We were able to communicate easily..calls always returned promptly. With insurance involved it dies take time and patience but our end results were very good. Their workers were highly qualified and very pleasant to work with.

Poor interior quality of work, do not fulfill their contract obligations, very hard to make them to respect the warranty (almost impossible).

Poor management. Inferior subcontractors. Very argumentative. Ben needs to stick to playing tennis. Muffet is very personable and caring but has nothing to do with the actual work. They advertise a one year guarantee on their work but will not come back to fix problems. The only reason I give 1 star is for their project manager Gary Cupp. If he were running the business I would give it a 5 star. He is outstanding!
