I BOUGHT AN ASHLEY SOFA AT OGLE FURNITURE IN SEVIERVILLE. MATERIAL BEGAN TO TEAR AND CRACK SHORTLY AFTER A YEAR. WE TOOK CARE OF IT AND WE ARE NOT COACH POTATOES. ASKED FOR NEW COVERINGS 6 MONTHS AGO AND STILL WAITING. BUYER BEWARE.

Bought mattress on tryout basis from Ashley Furniture Homestore in Turkey Creek. Mattress they recommended turned out to be almost rock hard. We knew right away that it was too firm but sales manager insisted that the mattress would "break-in". Not true!
Sales mgr decreed 25% ($600+ in our case) restock/exchange fee which was not divulged by salesman nor support staff until exchange was sought. After visiting all other retailers of Simmons Beautyrest mattresses in Knox & Blount counties the following was discovered: Knoxville Wholesale Furniture (who owns Ashley) is only other Simmons Beautyrest seller in Knox or Blount County that also charges 25% (but salesman there divulged this up front). All others were substantially less. Haverty's does not charge at all, Rooms to Go $99, The Bed Store $139, Le Sleep $139, Sears 15%. U.S. Mattress (online) charges $100 and that includes return shipping and free shipping for replacement mattress. P.S. All retailers sell these mattresses for the same price. When they go on sale they all charge the same sale price. If you are not absolutely certain that the mattress you are going to be spending a 3rd of your life on is "The One" after lying on the mattress for a few minutes in a showroom then you want to deal with any authorized mattress dealer other than Ashley Furniture Homestore. If you really would like to pay 25% then go with Knoxville Wholesale Furniture.

Never ever buy anything from this company. Got a full set of bed. 5 months later, big pit was found in the mattress. Called them and they CANN'T DO NOTHING.
