Where do I begin? Keep in mind, I moved my patronage to this store from a store I've done business with for over 15 years, and I am overwhelmingly dissapointed in the tone, attitude, and energy I recieved from the store manager. I walked in today with my children (22 & 11 yrs old) and grandbaby (21 months); who was very sleepy, but with directly at our side. The store manager assumed because she heard grandbaby's hand rake against the barrettes, that she was making a mess I guess (I still dont know), but called her out as if we werent even there. The worst part was, I told my children to go ahead and exit the store so I could speak with her to let her know we were with her and watching her the entire visit. She got so very rude and loud...wow...I am 41 years old and never experienced anything of this nature. I told her, "There's a way to handle everything and that is not the way". She told me, "I could just leave" and I said, "I will", and I told the other young lady to have a great day. After praising Sensational on their presence in the local hair care community, passing out cards to apread the word they exist, and encouraging many others to patronize there, I can honestly say, they have lost a very valuable customer in me. Before today, I'd pass any number of stores to loyally shop with them. Everybody's children (or grandchildren in my case), are not unruly and undisciplined. One should be mindful, but never assume the worst in children. I will tell everyone I know they aren't child friendly because the store manager is JUST DOWN RIGHT RUDE...never truly or genuinely kind. Sensational, please hire a friendlier, more customer-centered store manager before you loose a lot more of your loyal customers...please!!!

I LOVE that there's a beauty supply that's open 7 days a week!!! Plus the braiding salon in the back is beautiful!! Not only have I gotten my hair braided here but took my 2 granddaughters as well! The owner Mable is awesome and the staff id great!! Nancy is now my braider anytime I want my hair done!

my hair looks horrible and even after they 'fixed' it, the same braids slipped out 2 days later. (six to be exact) Blamed the customer because they gave differing and incomplete after care information. Better off letting a college student do it for the quality that you get.

Fantastic!!

I'm very pleased with my experience at sensational beauty!! Friendly staff/great customer service which is extremely important when I'm spending my money!!!! My hair looks amazing as well. I'll definitely be going back.
