Sat 6/19/10 my Mom and one of my daughters were visiting for Father's Day when a car drove up and a fellow came to the door with a fruit basket. As soon as Mom saw it she said "That's not what I ordered!" Of course the messenger couldn't do anything. We opened the fruit basket and to our dismay, not only was the fruit old (with a grapefruit having a rotten spot the size of a half-dollar),but there was old candy that was so sticky outside my daughter left it alone. Mom called 1-800-FLOWERS the next day and they said they would credit her card, but WHY would a florist send out something that was obviously WRONG!
