Hello and Good Morning Bob!! Still have not called me back after I left a message with the person who answered the phone on Saturday afternoon....no you don't have a wrong number for me she repeated it twice. And the lie you told the U-Haul regional manager that you were polite, courteous and helpful made me throw up in my mouth. You Sir were so rude to my Wife this past Saturday AM she called from the parking lot and was crying. Doing a review on Yelp for this sorry excuse for a consumer oriented store front is just the beginning. Trust me when I say this, I have lived in this Community for over 43 years. This is the first of many, many, many reviews that you will get here and with ALL of the Social Media platforms that we as a community are part of. My friends do not like when a person like you makes my Wife cry, they tell the whole world not to do business with you...Thanks for the call back Sir....

Selection was good and service fair as well. Will return.

I have always had a great experience at this store and am so glad to have this near my house. Unlike the other post, I have found Bob to be rather helpful as well as the associates. I'd recommend this store to anyone.

I went in there with my wife a few weeks back and we were walking around the sad ghost town looking store hoping to get some help with a key question. The owner Bob Ozenbaugh came up and was very unhelpful. They didn't have what i needed and instead of helping he basically sent me off to Lowes or home depot. It seems as if every time i come in here i get referred somewhere else! Anyway Bob was SO RUDE and unhelpful; i will not be returning again.

convenient location, and personable device. my kind of soore I love it. plumbing depart is lot more choices than home depot.
