I had a broken water line of course in the middle of the night.. I called on a whim..and I actually had someone answer the phone it was the owner!! I guess he said they forwardthere phones after hrs. He drove all the way in from running y area to take care of me!! You have a customer for life thanks guys!!!!

My go to place. Equipment runs great and the people that work there aren't so bad either ;) What more do ya need right!

Wanted to write this review because of the person who wrote the 1 star review. I've been doing business with Power Pac for 13 years and have NEVER had 1 single bad experience. I don't know what you may call that, but I call it great customer service where I come from.I have two guesses for who wrote that review... it's either somebody that isn't owning up to their wrongdoing, or it's somebody from one of the competing rental yards in town. I have nothing bad to say about those folks at Power Pac. I own a construction company in town and for a company to put up with my BS I give for as long as they have, I have a lot of respect for them and their service. Thank you Harry and the crew and shame on the person that wrote that off the wall review.- Mark

These Guys Are Awesome. They take care of thier equipment and it always runs like the devil. I have rented many pieces of equipment frome them and they have taken care care me in every way. I never had a break down and they have perfect timing on thier delivers. Supper friendly servicecrushg

Power pack rental is famous for sending you broken down equipment and charging for you to repair it when you bring it back, I will never recommend them as a rental yard. I will not rent at all from there because my $75.00 rental turns into $150.00.
