Cook's Glass was able to locate and install a windshield for a 1994 Honda Civic. The only catch was, it was late Friday and they wouldn't be able to get the windshield delivered until Monday. My daughter & I were on our way home to Southern Ca where she was suppose to start school on Monday. Cook's Glass called in some favors and were able to get the job done on Saturday morning! We were back on the road by 10! Can't thank them enough for going out of their way to help us.

I would rate it higher, however it seems as the app is becoming more difficult to use. I can't get phone numbers for businesses without going through hoops.

HEY, KLAMATH COUNTY: This is a review of Cook's Glass near Dairy Queen. Since I moved into this house 6-1/2 years ago, I have had to replace the balances in almost every window. At first, I got them from the company for free. Then that company went out of business. So, I went to Cook's a couple years ago and bought a set of balances for another window that that given out. I put them in -- no problem. Since I have lived here, I had an 84" counter supported by a cabinet on each end. This was right in front of my office window - a big, deep window. That was the only place it would fit. I was not able to get to that window to clean it or do anything else with it. I finally got rid of the counter a couple weeks ago, made a window seat that can sit in there, but small enough to move. Once the counter was gone, I could see the string of one of the balances hanging out the bottom. Friday, I pulled out that balance and went over to Cook's to get a set of replacements. I decided to install them today. I flipped out the metal tab and opened the window and the other balance came down but I couldn't get it out and I couldn't get the window out, either. I called Cook's and asked if there was some trick I didn't know or may have forgotten. Ray told me the way to do it, and I said that was how it did it. He recalled that I lived near Homedale and Harlan. He asked me to hold on a minute. He came back and said he would come over and do it. He was here within a few minutes. The window came out for him and then he installed my new balances. Hurray! I love Cook's Glass.

I had my mirror hit while i was parked on the street so I saved up for about 3 months and bought the mirror on line which was way cheaper than anyone in town. So i took it to Cooks glass on friday after work to have it replaced when i got home I took a closer look at it and there where two grease marks on the truck there was a dent the exzact same spot as one of the grease marks. (they gave me the broken mirror back and it was the same grease on the back of that mrror) So I took it back next week and they said nice try we do all the work from the inside. I thought it was kinda strange that one guy started it, then he came in to the waiting room and said the other guy was putting it back together
