She is a poor communicator with her staff and patients. I went in to be fitted for contacts and waited nearly an hour before I was seen. Then she rushed through the procedure and tried to pawn me off on other employees to teach me how to put them in. She spent 5 minutes with me before she told me I would have to come back again. It takes most people 20 minutes to an hour to learn how to put them in and take them out properly. I left with no contacts and requested a reimbursed. This is the second time I had to take off work. The first time she cancelled the day before my appointment with no explanation. Since I was there long enough I overheard her staff talking about her as well. Staff was friendly and helpful but only so much they can do.

She in my opinion is too busy or does not know what she is doing. She told me my eye pressure and wrote very different numbers on my papers. Which was a waste of my time and money. So, now I have to go see another eye doctor to be reevaluated. Spending more money and wasting my time to get help. Very frustrating!!!!
