While I am sorry to hear of another reviewers problems with G&L, my experience has been quite different. I have had them do seat covers on my wife's three Prius's and her Passat. They have been done from custom fabric that we provided. The work was always completed on time with a top-notch professional result. I have also had them perform "surgery" on the leather seats for my Jaguar. This was also done in exemplary fashion. They came recommended by my car dealership who has used them frequently. No business is perfect, but based on my experience and their top BBB rating, I would certainly recommend them.
