Horrible customer service, store was empty and employee didn't even want to help out even then. I wanted to purchase a $200 set of catching equipment and needed help with the prices and sizing and couldn't even get that. Took my business and money to sports authority, little more expensive but at least they want my business and don't mind answering questions.

Terrible customer service. Bought a punching bag on 8/20 and didn't put it up for 2 weeks. When we finally put it up, a 6 year old hit it and broke it. Went to return it today and the manager refused to accept the return. He said we have had the bag for too long. So, apparently they would rather lose a customer than refund a $30 punching bag.
