This was the second time we used Suburban and they will always be our choice for our septic issues! I called at 7 am because of septic backup. The owner lady answered and was so nice and sympathetic to my dilemma. She assured me they would be out that day. Yay! Whew! I couldn't have called a better company to provide service for our septic system. Both service technicians were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, pleasurable and even great pateiotic Americans on top! God bless America! They got our septic back in working order in no time! They explained the situation we had in a professional manner showing me exactly what needed to be taken care of and got us back to good in no time! I would highly recommend Suburban anytime to anyone! They also have very fair prices for the gross job they have to do! You have to think of the big picture! Gross job - driving that big heavy truck to your location (with the price of gas Bidumb has brought) - paying the service techs - paying their utilities/building and employees at home base - and dump fee for what they pump etc... Good company!
