I seen Dr. Kitamura, she appeared for the most part nice. But, nice was not all that I was looking for in my experience. I was so dissapointed by the shabbiness of the clinic. I could tell they were low budget. And, by being low budget they are more likely to overcharge you (which they did) and try to pressure you into buying their sad and I do mean extremely sad small number of eye glasses. I came in with a concern. She never asked me about it or addressed it. I wasnt surprlsed because she was juggling 3 other patients at the same time. While taking care of me as well. All they care about is what insurance you have and if they are going to get paid. You can come in there for a serious problem not get treated or asked about it. And, not given the opportunity to address it. But, instead you are giving a basic exam. Which worse than the ones I used to get at Walmart. Walmart eye doctors are far better. I was highly dissapointed. And, there were people coming in saying the prescription for the glasses were off. Which maybe because they need you to think you need a new prescription to buy glasses. I highly dissapointed! Do not go here for serious or even basic issues.
