I called this company because someone told me about it. I needed the locks at my home re-keyed and they did not work properly after the visit. I called back to have someone return to fix the problem and was told that it would cost more. I feel that it was not an issue due to the fact that they were the only ones to handle my locks on my property. I called another locksmith to fix my locks and they have worked correctly every since.
