More like the most horrible place to hire aids or work for. I should have not wasted my time and listened to others about this company. I was in a horrible accident and they lied to my loss of wages rep. about my hours. and now out of job unable to even get my loss of wages. they will lie about where cases are located and not adhere to your available schedule. they will send you far and wide and promise to pay for gas which is only 10$ for over 2hrs of driving. you are thrown into a home without any paperwork and just have to find out what needs to be done solo. they will give your number out to clients and when you are ill and must call out they will let you go without warning. worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!! now I am stuck without l.o.w for a year while I heal. no compassion what so ever for there employees, even if they where on their way to a case, they will just place you as a no call no show while in hospital.
