My 19 year old cousin got locked out of her car at the car wash. When she asked the mechanics here for help they said it would be $50. She said she only had $20. The mechanic's response? "Well I'm sure if you wanted to go in the back and work something out we could, you're cute enough" Unacceptable, this is sexual harassment. I will NEVER do business here again.

this is a very honest place to get your car serviced, and serviced well, with affordable prices. it's like the good old days. I really recommend it.

Kingston Super has always treated me wonderfully. Their prices are fair; they always do a great job (and quickly); and they have always quoted me a price before they performed the work and kept to that price. They are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to help. I especially trust them, as a woman, because they never try to sell me something I don't need and are unfailingly honest. Love these guys!

This mechanic claimed to be knowledgeable bragging that he's been a mechanic for 30 years then after the work was done stated he "doesn't work on these vehicles". He charge a king's ransom and made the car worse than when we brought it to him. After the work was done, he inspected my car but my back & brake lights wouldn't work and the car stalled whenever we placed it in drive or reverse. So, I was given a inspection sticker for a car who's lights don't work and who's engine doesn't work! I asked for some of my money back and he stated in no uncertain terms "NO"! Avoid this representative of Shell, he doesn't care about his customers and will gouge them for work he knows nothing about!

He also will pass vehicles that are unsafe under the state inspection!
