Dropped engine off for rebuild, and was told they were really busy but the COMPLETED job would take about 3 weeks and no more then 5 weeks. I called every other week to see how they were doing and each time they said they were working on it and didn't know when it would be ready. At 6 weeks, I called back and had to talk to owner to find out only the parts had been cleaned and nothing else had been done. They had not even done an initial inspection or anything. I would guess they have the ability to produce a good product, but there is nothing worse then promising one thing to your customers and delivering something else.
