The City Hall is governed by The City of Kingsport in Tennessee. It includes Allandale Mansion, Bays Mountain Park, fire, human resources, parks and recreation, police and purchasing departments. The hall has Kingsport Senior Center department, which conducts educational programs and organizes activities for senior citizens. It features The Kingsport Public Library, which was established in 1919 and includes a children s area and am auditorium. The City Hall also has a public works department that operates engineering, streets & sanitation, water, sewer and traffic divisions. In addition, it has the Office of the City Manager, which provides support for the Office of Community Relations and Training.
