I took a simple 8 prong plug to the to have a new plug made up, I was changing a sensor on my trans, had to cut the old plug off for an updated version. I left wire on the old one, took it and the new one to them, two goofy old guys looked at it, had to ask another guy if they could do it, acted really funny about it, I left the old plug with them, "Larry" was supposed to call me when he got back from lunch (it was 1:30 pm) I never got a call for 2 hours so I went to get the old plug I was just going to do it myself. I get there and old fat smart-ass man was in the office, he had my plug, with wire 3x bigger than the existing wire that was on it, keep in mind this was my old plug. I could not even use it with out cutting the shrink off the base to see the color coded wire. I said I can't even use this, fat man spit right out "then I'll just keep it" If I did not need the old plug to match the wiring he would of kept it. Charged me $35 for a useless piece. Never called me, did not even have the new plug, I had it. I explained in great detail to 2 men well in their 50s and between 3 of them they could not get it right. Rip-offs, good-ol-boy's, do NOT use this bunch of morons..Go to Johnson City..
