We rented a pontoon boat for 23 hrs 1 hr after leaving we were broke down for 3 hrs no one would answer the phone . We have repeatedly tried to contact the owner and he will not return our calls or adjust the rental. We are repeat customers and will never come back again!! Very poor customer service and boat maintenance.
