Don't use this reality company. Employees do not know policy they will tell you one thing and then something completely different. Horribly run. Need training and new management.

They handled my property management for the last 2.5 yrs. Never use them again and switched who is taking care of it now. They constantly lie to you about people being on a lease and let them do month t o month. Where it gets worse is they let them pay rent up to 2 weeks late. Which screws you if you have a morgage to pay. They fix things and charge you even though its the renters fault. After review they are then screwing the renters to by charging them. More digging I found every other realty company charges late fees for people paying rent late. Thney do not. To beat it all the owner told me that it wasn't there job to collect rent and look after property. That is literally what they get paid to do. I could go on and on but I will just end it with this. DO NOT USE THEM TO RENT FROM OR HANDLE YOUR HOUSE.

I had an absolute horrible experience with them.I understand an application fee is required in order to complete a credit and background check, but when the check is clearly the wrong person they did nothing to try to fix the issue.I was informed that "this has Happened before", and there really Isn't anything that can be done.I'm sorry but if there are several large discrepancy such as the name on a background check, either you should be prepared to refund the application fee, because clearly you didn't complete it properly or do the ckeck again correctly. One of the young ladies in the office kept referring to the website they use to complete their background and credit checks through as a system.No its a website an obviously unofficial website that has been know to make very big mistakes.I asked for the sites website and customer service phone number and the ladies in the office provided me with a non-working number.I was able to go to another property management and complete an application without any problems with background.Tropicana realty is obviously poorly managed, and needs to be able to handle these types of errors better than to just upset the customer even more.Not only was I upset that my criminal background came back through them that I was convicted of murder in 2009 but that I was also a registered s€x offender in Indiana.The background check clearly was the wrong name.

I have been working with Sylvia Hardin-Brown for quite a while now. Everyone including Sylvia is great and very responsive. They have been taking care of my property for years and there has never been any issue. I highly recommend them.
