I have good experience with the management. Kim is evaluating the condition of the park at least 4 times a week. My neighbors are great. There have been cases of loose dogs, Kim has been responsive to this problem. The park has seen lots of improvements since 3/19 when I moved in: new blacktop to street and driveways, landscaping and lawn care, older homes have been fixed and are now occupied, new homes being brought in. I have actually taken in kittens that were sick or injured and they are now tamed and healed ready for new homes. Come by the park and take a look around but please adhere to the speed limit as there are children.

Park is maintained by individual who believes that she can denote who you can have as a guest in your home. She tickets/tows vehicles illegally. Bullying is allowed only by park manager.

Thief's, dope heads, and nasty individuals in and all around the park. Roads have bad potholes. My phone light is brighter than the street lights. No warning when water about to get cut off for maintenance and it happens a lot. Stray cats multiplying like hamsters. Loose dogs everywhere most of the time. Ugly trashed up houses and yards. Uhhhh the list goes on on. Horrible place to live. If you stay here Make sure if you have a older vehicle you buy a locking gas cap because of gas thief's!!!
