First I ran a small business for more then 2 years and I only compaining when things are not right! My son is 10 months and we choose this daycare based off a recommendation of a friend. It was a mistake, our son fell twice in a row in two days. Now my son has two huge lumps on his head and the only solution the director gave was "its part of my son's walking development." Also they said we didn't secure him in a bounce or walker because and I quote, "we didn't want to confine him?"
This daycare is understaff and does not put safety first when dealing with your kids. They are more worried about your weekly payment then your children. Their was many times my kid come home with different clothes and pacifiers from other kids. They sell you a great story at first, "we will teach your kids spanish and sigh language" Its a gimmick! You can tell that they only about profits because their are only at their best when inspection time rolls around. For example, My wife and I can notice a cleanest difference when it is not inspection time. This is a run of a mill place of business.

Today was bitter sweet for the boys. They spent their last day at after-school/summer daycare. They have made so many friends over the years and the teachers have been awesome. The teachers always said they loved getting their daily hugs from the "twins". All were sad to see them walk out today. It was time. Creative Child Learning Arts Academy... thank you for caring, loving, and teaching our boys.

This daycare is absolutely amazing! If you had a problem in the past with them I highly recommend going back and reevaluating because they have changed. They have a new staff upfront that is always smiling and greeting anyone who walks in the front door. They are very friendly and understanding if there is an issue. The teachers are absolutely wonderful and they care for the kids. Some of the teachers in different classes I do not know but they know my kids by name. I highly recommend that if you are looking for a daycare you choose this one!

This daycare has changed very much over the past couple of years! My older daughter has been going here 2 years and I have never had a bad experience. The front office is very professional and welcoming the minute you walk into the door. The teachers are all very kind and caring.

They took our daughter when others wouldn't because she has developmental delay. They were all very caring and our daughter made a lot of progress while she was there. I recommend this place anytime.

My granddaughter first attended this center 2014 when she was one years old. They are very flexible with my son's summer arrangements. I have always trusted them and felt she is safe there. We have had no problems and will continue to enroll her every summer. I highly recommend this child care. The teachers and staff are very caring and attentive.

Both of my daughters have been going here to progress through 4 classrooms ! I have never had an issue with any of the teachers. The front office is always understanding if something comes up or if I need help with something. The daycare always finds a way to keep the families of the kids involved. If you are considering a daycare for your baby, I highly recommend this one!

As I sit here and read all these reviews I'm just dumbfounded, non of the things that were said are true, this daycare cares more about the kids than anything else, the children ALWAYS COME FIRST! Every time I'm here it's nothing but love, I can tell the staff all care about individual child. And it's also very clean, so to those who said it stinks and everything is dirty that is also a incorrect statement, this daycare cleans the rooms and sanitizes every toy, cup, plate, spoon, bedding, ect every single day, and yes during the day it will smell like diapers because ITS A DAY CARE but they empty the trash and maintain everything every hour. And they do not allow their caregivers to run an "uncontrolled" environment, they keep an eye on everything watching the cameras continuously to make sure everything is going the way it should.

The Staff And Teachers Are More Than Wonderful. My Son Has Been Attending This Daycare For 2 Years Now, His Sister Since This Past Fall, And Now My Youngest Daughter As Of This Week. I Love The Atmosphere. I love the fact that my children genuinely love their teachers and I can actually see that the teachers love and care for them too. My children have learned so much is such a short time thanks to the structured and nurturing environment. Everyday there is a folder to check and sign, art projects/proof of lessons come home weekly, teachers communicate VERY well. Yes, I am a real Parent and NOT a robot or "paid reviewer" (I used to wonder myself when reviewing businesses how many people were real or put there to save face). I pay my bills on time, Communicate daily with their teachers and actually do my best to be involved with any activity provided... I believe these are KEY to giving a fair review. I am thankful to have a place I feel safe leaving my kids at. There are cameras, they cycle out teacher's aides daily to provide breaks (because we allll know that breaks are needed when dealing with children lets just be honest), and if there is/ever was an accident I always get an immediate call followed by an incident report (little Timmy bites little sally over a toy). LOVE THIS PLACE

This daycare is amazing! The infant room is always a fun place to be as soon as you walk in you here the children's music playing and it lights up my daughter's face. I could not choose a better daycare for my daughters to attend. Ms. Latonya and her staff are always welcoming and they truly care about the well being of all the kiddos. My older daughter is with Ms. Frankie and my baby has learned so much it astonishes me!

This daycare is awesome! They just don't do the minimum to take care of your child. They have a set school type curriculum , even for my one year old daughter. The first two weeks she was there we actually noticed she was singing songs and saying words that she had never said before. They also send weekly projects home letting you know your child was engaged in some type of learning activity or theme for the week. They also have a locked front door and only parents with key fobs can get in. They are on the upper end for price but it's actually worth it!

My son has been attending CCLAA for a little over a year. When he first started he was in one of the K2 classes and we were over the moon impressed. When we met his teacher for the first time, she already knew about his oral texture aversion and knew what to do to assist with his therapy. A drastic change from his previous daycare. They have an actual curriculum that they follow for all classes, so it's very much like a school setting. Everyone compliments my son (currently 3) on how well he speaks and his vocabulary - some of which is learned from home, some of which is attributed to this daycare. Ms. Portia (now at the front desk) was able to get my strong-willed child potty-trained in record time. When my son was moved up to the 3 year old room, we did hit a bit of rough patch after Ms. Portia was moved into an administrative position and there was quite a bit of turn-over with the teachers for that classroom; however, every time I had a concern, it was addressed promptly and professionally. Professional, positive and polite open communication from both sides tends to be the key in resolving problems. They found a teacher, Ms. Taylor, that is a good fit for his class and things are back to being wonderful. Ms. Jeanie has even gone above and beyond to help my son progress with his eating issues (with his texture aversion, he still eats baby food and has a hard time eating regular table food). She created an incentive program for my son (which includes allowing my son to "check-out" a special toy for the evening) and he has started to make real progress - slowly, but surely. Of course, you will always run into some issue when it comes to childcare; no one will ever take care of your sweet child like you do, but this place comes real close. The owner is engaged with the center, almost all of the staff members are caring and kind (let's face it, every place of business has one or 2 employees that just don't fit the mold), and my son loves attending.

Ms. Latonya in the infant room is amazing! My little girl is always smiling at her and willingly goes to her every morning! She is always very attentive to my little one and so are the infant room aides. The front desk ladies are very friendly and have always been helpful when it comes to any questions I may have. This is my first experience with childcare and I would choose them for my first again if I had to. From what I have seen there financial practices are no different from any other daycare in the area, they expect to get paid on time, just as the parents expect to have care for their children.

My granddaughter attended this center and we loved it. She has been a student there every summer since she was one years old in 2014 and will attend this summer also. The teachers and staff are very caring and have always been able to answer any questions we've had. My son gets his daughter for the summer and they have always been very flexible and went out of the way to accommodate his summer arrangements. I have never seen children running around unsupervised and always felt my granddaughter is safe there. I highly recommend this child care center.

Both of my daughters go to this daycare. My oldest has been going here since she was 1 and we have never had a bad experience. All of the teachers are very friendly. My younger daughter has been going to daycare since 4 months and she has been blooming with all milestones ever since. My older one can count to 30 and even potty training! I highly recommend this daycare to anyone that is looking!

Only if your child's perfect

This was my son's first daycare and within 2 weeks of attending he developed a biting problem (which he didn't have before) and was constantly being sent home for days at a time. After a few months of this I asked the center to please find a discipline that didn't involve being sent home. The center was concerned about the safety of the other children. I explained that I felt he was biting in order to get to go home and that sending him home wasn't changing his behavior because he was being rewarded for biting. They agreed to keep my son there and seperate him from his class for a lengthy time-out and a talking-to as his punishment. This punishment happened once, the next time I was asked to pick him up again. When I showed up and gave them my 2 weeks notice they tried to charge me too much in prorated tuition and then said that it was their policy (nowhere in the handbook) to collect the full remaining tuition when the 2 weeks notice is given before the child can return. Therefore they tried blackmailing me to cough up more than I actually owed them.

I also brought extra food for him every day because I didn't think they fed him enough. Sometimes I would catch them giving him high-sugar foods after I asked them to watch hs sugar.
