worse place ever to rent from! Owner Robert and his Son Scott are thieves. They have stolen from tenants and even walked into my apartment numerous times without my permission nor any type of notice or contact! Scott is very rude!Today Robert and his wife changed the lock on my door and were caught by me in my apartment AGAIN without any type of permission, after me and Robert had a phone conversation yesterday. He attacked me verbal after I asked him some questions, I told him I will move out this weekend, he hung up the phone on me. We then got us a uhaul and moved everything out, today as I wanted to do the clean up, I caught Robert and his wife in my apartment, changed locks and a confrontation by me to him about his criminal behavior. He won t get a penny from me! I will see him in court! DO NOT RENT FROM CRAFTSMEN PROPERTIES!

DONT RENT! Scott Bradley is a thief.We signed a six month lease which ended October 31,2010. We submitted our 30 day notice but refused to pay rent because our refrigerator went out again for the second time and it blew out half the outlets in the apartment.The first time it cost us 150.00 worth of food that went bad and all we got out of it was a 50.00 credit off that months rent. Now we've lost 175.00 worth of frozen meats that went bad and we've had to spend money on ice and fast food for our kids to stay eating .The owners son Scott went into our apartment while we were not home and snooped through all our personal belongings including my wifes underwear drawer. We had a brand new digital side load washer/dryer set that he stole worth over $3000. All we owe on this months rent is 650.00 He says he can do that because its in our lease. Our lease ended October 31, 2010. I don't care how much money I owe you, YOU DO NOT COME INTO OUR HOME AND JUST HELP YOURSELF TO WHATEVER YOU WAN
