Some of the worst and nastiest trailers ever. Landlord says no cats but there are wild ones everywhere. They said no dogs over 20 pounds, yet there are many large dogs all over the park. They don't fix anything and if you call manager she will tell you I will get maintenance on it, they don't come. When you contact them, oh manager never contacted us or We will check it out tomorrow. OK, that is their speak for hahaha deal with it because we aren't coming.Many of the trailers are bug infested . Most of the outlets don't work right, plumbing is horrible, trailers are death traps that are falling apart. Many of them do not have heat . When you ask how are you suppose to stay warm , they tell you turn on your oven or use space heaters. Ok, that's safe? NOT! There are holes in the floors so big you can put a foot through them and when it rains they leak like a colander. The manager is hardly in the office and when she is she is higher then a kite. The owner is a jerk who says one thing and does another. They raise the rent every year saying it is for maintenance and mowing fees . Ok, so you mow once every other week and crappy at that . What maintenance ? Nothing gets done. I could go on and on but I think that is enough .
