It is expensive for alterations. A simple hemming of a straight dress was $25.00. They did not give the price until I received the dress back. They do a good job with regular dry cleaning. My husband loves them.

I have been trying to call for a week. was on vacatio had our laundry done so it would be less to do when we got home. was only told it was 3.50 a pound. went to pick up was charged 75.00 and was then told there was a 20pound minimum. lucky if i had 5 pounds of clothing. WTF. Left very unhappy. Had stains on my clothes. Sons bathing suit top ruined from not drying it properly. I am also missing clothing and been trying to call for a week and no one answers the phone. Go elsewhere!!!!! would give zero stars if i could!

One star may be overrating this business. We were informed (not by the business owner) that the reason the services here take longer than most, and prices are outrageous is because the items are sent out to be cleaned/pressed. We didn't know how much it would be until we picked up my still very wrinkled wedding dress and his linen pants/shirt...$160!!! My dress came back to me so wrinkled still that we took it to another local cleaner the day of the wedding and we left with it after an hour and it looked perfect! Try another cleaner, pass this one up!

I would absolutely NOT recommend this business for alterations. I took 2 items in and was quoted $30 total. When I went back to pick them up, the cost was $45. When I commented on this, the counter person said "Well we don't know for sure what the cost will be until it comes back. All I gave you was an estimate." They had my phone number and should have called before completing the work. I ended up with a $30 charge to sew down the button placket on a $7 dress. For that much, I would have hand sewn it given the option. In addition, it took 3 days longer to complete than quoted. VERY POOR SERVICE!
