Just had this wonderful guy take his time away from his other work to stop and assist with checking out our truck's electrical issue and fixed it in like 5 minutes. Fastest I've ever seen someone work to help so we could get back on road. Thank you. I highly recommend this place.

An unexpected surprise... Is there a six star rating?

Drove from St Pete to Islamorada and had a blow out on my single axle boat trailer in Homestead. Changed my spare there and noticed a bearing howl for the remaining miles. We limply arrived at our hotel late Saturday to find all trailer places closed Sunday so the anxiety remained until the business week resumed. I pulled in Monday am as they were opening to find a nice elderly gentleman raising an American flag prior to the official opening. I walked I'm shortly after that and was greeted by Pat who brought a clipboard out and documented my concerns and what had happened. Prior to the trip I had my local trailer shop who I've used and trusted in the past overlook my setup to ensure I wouldn't run into exactly this. Pat said he'd check it out (he couldn't right away which is VERY understandable) and get back to me later that day. Pat assured me prior to my departure that morning that this sort of thing was right up his alley and not to worry. He lived up to it as later that day around 3:00 he had re-worked all of my trusted mechanics work, fixed the flaws, not only replaced it properly but explained why it had failed and why it will not fail going forward. He even informed me of how to make my setup last for years with minimum maintenance. I was stunned. As I was about to leave I thanked him several times and was headstrong to depart. He suggested we check the lights just to be sure they all worked with my truck (which was something I called him about midday to check as an unrelated issue) and my passenger trailer lens had no power. He was baffled as they worked during his day tests so he even took the time to get out a test light and check if the source problem was the tow vehicle. It was. He checked my fuses under the hood and #47 was blown. He threw in a fuse on the house, wished me a safe trip home and made this whole experience actually enjoyable. This day in age I'm used to being treated more as a gouged "how can I be screwed today" tourist but his was not the case with Pat and Southeast Trailers. Expect to be treated fairly, honestly and most importantly humanly with these people as I was thoroughly impressed. I want to follow up with this that I have never reviewed any company online. Thank you and please forward your a Florida Keys trailer business to these guys. They deserve it.
