She knows her stuff and was VERY helpful in guiding me to the best phone option for me. She really listens to the needs of the customer and assists in making the best purchase based on your needs. Her communication skills are excellent! She is able to explain options and features in terms anyone can understand.
Cricket should use her talents to provide on line lessons to customers who need help understanding all of the features when it comes to cell phones.
