These folks get an A++ in my book! My wife and I have done several tile projects over the last year and we have been back to Tile Lines for each of them. We were amazed at how helpful they were and how great their selection was, and they have excellent prices to boot. In many cases, their prices beat those at Lowe's/Home Depot...and the quality of the product itself is MUCH better at Tiles Lines (we learned that the hard way when we bought travertine from HD before we knew better.) On one of our projects, we had discussed with one of the owners a plastic clip system used to prevent lippage of tiles to one another, which he himself had used in the past and actually had some of these clips left over. That day, we had them order some tile for us (by the way - if you see something you like at Lowe's/HD, see if Tile Lines can get it - often they can, and that's what we did). I went through a bathroom remodel last winter, NOT FUN! The nice people from Tile Lines were so helpful, there was a great selection of materials and the granite I bought there resulted in my bathroom countertop turning out just stunning! What I liked was how knowledgable they were without being pushy. They gave me facts and didn't try to sway my creative preferences.
