Is it possible to give negative stars? Were not at their "office" which has a neon OPEN sign. Had to call for him to show up. After three weeks with no answer on possibility of repair, we went down to the "office", which still had the neon OPEN sign on to get back our item. No one was there, we called the number and he said that he called and we didn't answer (and he left no message) so he said that was not his fault. As we stood outside of the "office" on the phone, he told us to come back tomorrow to pick up our item. Awful service, if you can call it that. Not available at the "office". The "office" is a ramshackle house with questionable appearance. Do not ever call this person for anything.
