Most Horrible Management Company Ever!- Around the Clock Inc. They are the most unprofessional and greedy for power company ever known. They never answer phone calls or emails regarding your issues. They throw out unnecessary fines to homeowners, especially to the Asian race. SUZANNE CAMERON - The President is a complete jerk! If you have a choice, DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Our condo association hired them a couple of years ago and since then, rates have risen regularly. If you happen to rent out your unit, they charge you $500 when you change tenants. Beware! and steer clear....do your shopping first.

Highly dissappointed in this company.I spelled out very clearly my parameters for what I am looking for in a manager right on my first phone call. I was told, "Oh ya, that's reasonable, sure, sounds great, we work for you". I signed every document they sent my way. Two and a half weeks later and 2 days prior to my trip out of the country the manager tells me "oh I can't do this and I can't do that, my broker does not agree to this or that" when it came time for her to sign the same papers and finally start showing the house. I would have been OK if she had told me from day 1 that she could not meet my terms and I would not have wasted 2.5 weeks on on Arround The Clock and would have looked for someone else. Now I am between a rock and a hard place without a manager 2 days before my trip. Maybe they figured that by putting me in this situation, I would agree to their unreasonable terms. I would give them a minus 1 if there was such a rating option.

As the President of our homeowners association, I have worked with Around the Clock for 9 years. We have had to take a few homowners to court for various reasons. We have won all our cases because of the bookeeping and record keeping round the Clock has done for us. The are not perfect, but anytime we had a concern it was taken care of quickly. I would recommend Around the Clock for Association Management.

I am a homeowner in a development managed by this company. They seem to waste a lot of money on God knows what, and when I attempted to view the records for our development, I was told there would be a charge. A few bucks is no big deal, but they charge $60.00 and hour for you to look at your records. That is to pay someone to sit there and watch you. I am extremely disappointed that they are the choice of our board for a management company! I would stay as far away from Around the Clock as you can!!!
