I would like to say that I would definitely use your company again. I want to say Thankyou for your hard work and excellent customer service, my foundation has been leaking for a couple years now and im at ease thinking its repaired now. the gentleman that was here was very nice and proffesional, he showed me pictures of the project step by step and explained everything so I was aware of what was happening. Debbie in your office is very pleasant to work with! I work out of town and she was very accommodating with scheduling the work. I offered to give the gentleman a tip at the end and he simply said' ' tell a friend' ' and smiled. its nice to know there's still hard working companies out there with pride!

Hello , I just wanted to compliment this company on there Excellent customer service! I recently had some cracks in my basement walls and I called for a couple estimates. The gentleman that came from Universal Masonry was very polite and informative on the situation. There price was a little higher than the other companies but I felt comfortable with them, I told them that they were a bit higher and David offered me a recent coupon they were offering in the value pack , which I thought was very nice. I would highly recommend this company for any foundation projects you may have. We are having Universal come back in the spring now to install an outdoor kitchen and concrete patio, I can't wait , I am so excited! Great job! Thanks again.

I recently had some water in my basement, so i phoned these fellas for some help. I'm a retired carpenter and up there in age , so can't do much anymore myself. David was the name of the gentleman who came out and I just wanted to say I was very impressed on the knowledge and promptness this young man had. Our appointment time was 10am and he was here 5 minutes till, Universal Masonry 's price wasn't the highest or lowest but the reason im going with them is for the fact I felt comfortable with him. None of this sales pressure like the other folks I phoned. I would highly recommend Universal Masonry.

We moved into our new home and of couse there was no landscaping and lots of slopes! So we let our fingers do the walking and are so glad we did.

We called Universal Masonry, they came right out to give us an estimate and to work with us on ideas we had for retaining walls and other decorative ideas. They offered many wonderful suggestions that my husband and I would have never thought of, like the more practical, structural side of things not just the decorative side. We were very pleased with the work and with the PRICE $$$$. We inquired with a couple of other companies and their estimates were way out of our ballpark especially after after just purchasing a new home. The Universal Masonry crew was very professional, neat, clean and finished in a timely manner. We are now thinking of a brick mailbox and possibly a patio with a fire pit and will be calling them again very soon! We have recommended them to friends and family and are very pleased with our results. Its a nice feeling when people compliment us on our yard, we know for sure then that we made the right choice. We would highly recommend Universal Masonry to EVERYONE !!!

In the summer of 2009, I called around looking for someone to rebuild my chimney and fireplace. Had many people come out and give estimates, but I felt the most comfortable with Universal Masonry. The owner took the time to explain what exactly needed to be done in great detail, and gave me a very reasonable price. I went with Universal Masonry over the other guys, because I could tell they weren't all about just getting my money. The guys at Universal Masonry are a pleasure to work with and will not take you on a ride for your money and do a terrible job. They care, and take pride in their work. If you're not satisfied, they aren't either. The owner and his crew showed up as scheduled and performed the work as promised. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The workers at Universal Masonry are very down to earth and do exceptional work. All of the crew members show up to work with a very positive attitude. I could not be happier with the work that was done and would recommend Universal Masonry for any masonry needs you need.

First I just want to say I wish every company's customer service was this good ! My wife and I have been having water inside our basement now for over a year, and unable to trouble shoot the problem, first thought it was the furnace, hotwater heater, and then we removed all the carpet in our basement thinking it was coming from the walls or floor. We called Universal for help with our situation, turned out that our chimney liner system was actually the problem, they came out in a snow storm, gave us an estimate, spent time educating us on the reasoning behind the water issue and promptly scheduled to install a liner for our hot water heater and furnace, ever since they installed our liner our basement has been dry. The guys that were out here were GREAT !! they asked were we had found them and it was from yellowpages.com, the gentleman asked that if I was satisfied would I mind writing a comment and reviewing there company, I would strongly recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

I had a leak in my basement that we found shortly after moving in , after the entire new carpeting we put in was soaked, we called a few diffrent companies , but found that we felt comfortable with universal masonry . The gentleman that came for the diagnosis was very polite and friendly and VERY informative, we had our entire house waterproofed on the exterior and a new drainage system put in, and now the basement is dry like is should be and at an affordable price compared to the other companies we had come out. Also a 30year warranty which is comforting.



Overall would definetly recommend Universal Masonry for any water issues you might have .
