Rude not helpful they don't buy anything you bring in I brought in north face polo and carhartt and didn't take any of it .im never going there ever . Worst service

The staff is rude and actually said to me that they couldn't accept my clothes because of 'weird styles'......what? I actually have probably the most normal, plain and versatile closet ever! Nothing even remotely bold or weird. Regardless, I am offended the refused most of my name brand clothes in GOOD new conditon yet I found stained, torn clothing with holes in them on the racks. This store is not only disgusting but the staff is rude as well. Sold a $50 pair of tennis shoes there for less than $5. Not happy.

I was very disappointed with this store. I have seen there commericals on tv and thought this would be a cool place to take my clothes and get some cash or new stuff. I was completely wrong. The staff is rude and the clothes on the racks looked so worn that they were about to fall apart. I called a few days before to make sure there were no special requirements like they had to be on hangers or a certain season. The girl said they were excepting all seasons but it needed to be brands like Hollister, AE, Abercrombie, etc. I got just the brand names that were listed on there website to take. I drove 40 min to get there and stood there for 20 min before they even started looking at my stuff. One girl opened the first container and then shut the lid. The same happened with the second container. They pulled a couple shirts out and said they can give me $6.33. I saw no manager on site. There was only young girls who were too busy talking about what date they had lined up for the night instead of doing their job.
