Run the other way! Came to repair my heat pump and instead of replacing the valve they cut it out and welded the tubing together. I found this out when I had estimates for a new unit and 3 companies pointed out the valve was missing. The part was under warranty and they charged me $300 for this botched job.



Also, they are the ones who installed the heat pump which lasted less than 10 years and had many problems. It turned out that it was the kind of unit usually put in a trailer, but they had assured me it was a good unit. Right! In that time it had 2 repairs before it finally died. The whole stack where the air handler was almost fell down. The return stack next to it fell away from the air handler and I had to tape it together so air didn't hemorrhage into my unheated basement.



Frankly it was a nightmare. Just go to a good company and have the job done right. I thought I was saving money and ended up paying much more in repairs, time, and electric bills in the end.

I priced a new air conditioning unit and they were the best price, did not require money up front, showed up on time, completed the job faster than they estimated, and went the extra mile to make sure my new system was performing well. Not to mention that my back yard is on an incline and not the easiest to access. I highly recommend this company.

This heating and air business is a family own business. Very sweet people work here. The ladt that answers phones is very helpful with trying to get the technicans out to your home a.s.a.p I recommed this business to anyone.
