Do not move into the ENCLAVE. When moving we were not informed the utilities will be included in the rent, without ever showing you an itemized list of charges. Upon moving in we had to deal with roaches and water bugs, which was horrible. The maintenance crew is very unreliable and do not know how to fix anything correctly. The management and the front office representative are very deceitful and rude. They lied about the apartment being upgraded; truly the Enclave is an overpriced, low end scamming apartment complex.
