Brought in pants to be hemmed. We were never called to let us know they were ready so after a few weeks we pop in to check status. However the proper amount of length was not taken off. Instead of fixing this issue they charged us again to take more length off. Keep in mind these are sweatpants nothing really difficult. The guy at the desk has no idea what is going on to even take a proper order. I asked why they keep taking orders before finishing ours and he said "I'll have to talk to the owner". I asked for the owners phone number and the guy at the front would not provide it. EXTREMELY frustrated about this. I would say screw it they are just pants but they are for my special needs brother who only likes a certain style of pants that had to be special ordered In the first place. We have spent over 200 dollars to hem pairs of pants and after 2 months we still DO NOT have them. I wish I would've paid with a credit card so I could get a refund. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.
